Google Confirms Acquisition of Wiz

Google LLC has revealed the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Wiz, Inc., a prominent cloud security platform based in New York, in an all-cash transaction valued at $32 billion, subject to closing adjustments. Upon completion of the deal, Wiz will become part of Google Cloud.
