With more than half of UAE employees working remotely every week, demand for flexible, convenient and connected workspace solutions is growing in Abu Dhabi, according to leading global workspace provider, Regus. The company has recorded its strongest year on record for its offerings in the capital city and is set to open three new business centres serving on-shore licence holders by the third quarter of this year.

In the first half of 2018, Regus recorded more than 50 per cent increase in demand for its offering in Abu Dhabi compared to the same period last year. The firm says Abu Dhabi-based businesses are increasingly looking to save money on lengthy leases and offer staff greater freedom in where and when they work.

The three new centres are located in key business areas in Abu Dhabi – Al Bateen, Al Mussafah and Al Reem Island – all offering prestigious addresses for businesses, whether start-ups, small or medium-sized enterprises or multinational corporations. The new centres provide flexible workspaces that free businesses to work more flexible and the ability to work wherever they like. Workspace options include private offices, co-sharing workspaces, a variety of meeting rooms, and full connectivity, thanks to state-of-the-art technology services.

Vassilis Bazinis, Country Manager UAE, Regus said: “There is a huge shift in the workspace landscape globally and Abu Dhabi is no exception. Businesses are recognising that offering flexible working strategies to their employees provided them with significant benefits. We pioneered flexible workplaces 30 years ago and now we are leading the workplace revolution helping businesses make flexibility work for them and their people.”
