Pet’s Delight, the UAE’s first ethical pet boutique is more than just a pet store, it is a true trailblazer with animal welfare at its core. Conceptualised by a small pet-loving family, the team at Pet’s Delight strives to bring ‘pet parents’ the best possible products from around the world.

Pet’s Delight continues to deliver on its quest to revolutionise the pet industry in the UAE, with a new shop that recently opened in the Spinneys Umm Suqeim centre and more on the way, coupled with a commitment to developing its online presence; making it truly accessible to all. Pet’s Delight is the only pet store of it’s kind to employ an in-house nutritionist, who is available to all pet parents and can provide free, tailored nutritional advice for any pet.

Remaining true to its ethos, Pet’s Delight is a proud sponsor of the UAE’s most established canine rescue centre – K9 friends. A friendship that has lasted over six years, the store sponsors 100+ dogs and feeds them for free every day with world-class food. In addition, they offer support, space, and time to other notable rescue organisations in the UAE including Bin Kitty and 38 smiles. The welfare conscious brand strives to keep a promise of never selling dogs and cats while building a strong sense of community not only for their customers, but for their furry companions as well.

The pet store goes one step further by working with ethical, organic, and sustainable food brands. Ziwi Peak, Fish4Dogs, Canagan, and Orijen are some of the top brands the store sells along with Vitalin – a brand that exclusively supplies to Pet’s Delight. The store maintains the highest of standards when it comes to suppliers and always puts its customers first, refusing to add any brand that doesn’t meet its strict shelving criteria.

Farah Al-Khojai, the Managing Partner of Arab Land Trading and Pet’s Delight, is a pet owner and animal lover herself, she comments on how education remains of utmost importance for pet owners: “In this era information is key and with so many brands out there it is important that we help to educate residents of the UAE about responsible pet ownership.  Whether it be our ‘adopt don’t shop’ or ‘pick up after your dog’ campaigns, employing our own nutritionist, or training our staff on all aspects of pet care, we are passionate about healthy pet living and care.”
