Danat Al Ain Resort has announced the appointment of Dennis Smith as their new Food & Beverage Manager. With over 12 years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry across prominent hotels in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, Dennis brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of dining trends to the Danat Al Ain Resort.

In his new assignment, he will manage the resorts restaurants and banquet operations by developing new culinary experiences whilst maintaining the highest standard of service. He will oversee the hotel’s 9 outlets which include the award-winning Indian restaurant – Tanjore, McGettigans – Irish Pub and the Italian restaurant and bar – Luce.
